DODDINGTON PARISH COUNCIL MEETING TIMES FOR 2012
To be held in Doddington Village Hall.
Agendas: The agenda for each meeting will be displayed on the village notice board seven days before the meeting. Please note that at each meeting there is approximately a ten minute public question time. During this period the public can put questions to the council. Members of the public must first indicate that they wish to speak and wait until invited to speak by the Chairman they are not allowed to speak at any other time during the meeting, unless asked to speak by the Chairman.

Monday May 14th , Annual General Meeting at 7.30 pm followed by Annual Parish meeting at 8. pm

It should be noted that the Parish Council may not be able to answer all questions on the night of the meeting but will endeavour to find answers where possible.
