Approach used to determined Classes |
The Act was discussed in detail at the Parish Council meeting on 14 October. It was agreed by unanimous vote to adopt the Model Publication Scheme for Local councils (Core Classes Only). Core Classes are appropriate to a small Parish Council. |

Format and access to information |
The above information may be viewed by prior arrangement with the Clerk giving a minimum of 48 hours notice. All documents will be displayed at the Village Hall or other mutually convenient location. Appointment times to be agreed with individual enquirer, Monday to Friday between 9.00 am – 12.00 noon and 6.00 pm and 9.00 pm. |

Photocopies of information will be provided if required, a charge of 4 pence per page will be made. All copies will be stamped ‘COPY’. |
Doddington Parish Council
Doddington Parish Council undertakes to review this document annually, and will submit a revised publication scheme for approval to the Information Commissioner.
