    i. Report on Highways visit from Mr Stephen Huckle – Excessive Signage                           GC/MJ

    iii. Highways Update and notification of further work required. ‘Find & Fix’ letter

       from John Burr (Director of Kent Highway Services)

     iv. Drains in the Old Lenham Road – To discuss apparent problem with the

              i. Arboricultural Condition Survey – To discuss report and work to be done

              ii. Damage to picnic bench – report from Cllr Jarrett                                                                                MJ

              iii. Kissing Seat – to agree confirmation of siting              and value for Assets register

              iv. Goal post – West end of playing field – update on goalpost & receive quotation for

                   consideration regarding the reburbishment of both goal areas

              v. Wet pour surfacing to replace tiled areas and funding for this work - update.
